Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Plant Manager opportunity include:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
8-10 years of manufacturing management experience, preferably in a machining/shop environment
Background in high-speed aluminum or wood work machining
Demonstrated success in fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement
Experience handling finances and creating budgets
Lean and Six Sigma training is a plus
Responsible for overseeing and managing all manufacturing activities across 3 facilities
Provide leadership to site managers, the quality manager, I.T., the engineering manager, and safety and environmental
This candidate will transition into the Vice President of Manufacturing within their first year of employment

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
