As a Provider Outreach Lead, your contributions will extend beyond fulfilling prescriptions. You'll be addressing issues and concerns from clients, providers, patients and other corresponding departments or sites while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximized productivity.
This role is equally challenging and rewarding. Strong attention to detail and computer skills are required as you partner with providers, effectively manage workflow, and build relationships with your team. It’s a fast paced, high-volume environment where accuracy is essential.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, will be working an 8 hr shift between business hours of 7am – 7pm CST
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assisting team in making outreach to provider via provider preference for missing information
- Collect provider preferences
- Support the Supervisor and a team of Provider Outreach team members in multiple locations in our Provider Experience model
- Responsible for creating and maintaining daily reports
- Execute strategy, partner with Operations and other departmental leaders to develop process, training, monitor key metrics and provide mentoring and coaching
- Respond professionally and appropriately, handle difficult situations and ensure the provider experience is exceptional
- Ensure patients and providers are supported by following escalation through to finish
- Works as a liaison with operations partners letting them know of any patient or practice issues/concerns
- All other duties as assigned

- General knowledge of pharmacy laws, practices and procedures
- Knowledge of insurance and third-party billing systems

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of customer service or pharmacy experience
- Ability to work an 8-hr shift, Monday - Friday, between the business hours of 7am - 7pm CST
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in patient services in a medical environment
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in state of residence
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
