Senior Personnel Analyst - Pure Heart Staffing

What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise a team of clerical, technical, and professional staff.
• Advise City departments on position management and workforce planning.
• Conduct City-wide recruitments from start to finish, ensuring a seamless process.
• Perform job analysis, develop recruitment examinations, and conduct classification and compensation studies.
• Interpret and apply civil service rules, policies, and labor agreements.
• Address appeals to the Civil Service Board effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: At least three years of professional HR experience in recruitment, classification, or benefits/retirement programs (public sector preferred).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, human resources, or a related field. A master's degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Additional qualifying experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
