Copywriters compose clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy using different writing styles that appeal to various target markets. They drive the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication for our companies and their brands. Copywriters must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be self-motivated and well-organized. Creativity, attention to detail, adaptability, and marketing knowledge are also required. Your primary focus will be on creating compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience, drive engagement, and boost conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- TV and Radio Scripting: Develop compelling and concise scripts for TV and radio advertisements that effectively convey our brand message, resonate with our audience, and drive desired actions within the constraints of each medium.
- Email Marketing: Create engaging and personalized email content, including subject lines, body copy, and CTAs, that nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions through impactful email campaigns.
- Paid Social Media: Craft persuasive ad copy for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) that captivates the audience, boosts brand visibility, and encourages meaningful interactions and conversions.
- Direct Mail Campaigns: Develop compelling content for direct mail campaigns, such as sales letters, postcards, brochures, or catalogs, designed to grab attention, evoke responses, and drive customer engagement.
- Consistent Brand Messaging: Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all marketing channels while adapting content to suit the unique characteristics and preferences of each platform.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all marketing content adheres to legal, ethical, and industry standards, maintaining high-quality standards in all communication materials. Proofing for accuracy is also vital in this role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 8+ years of proven experience in performance marketing copywriting
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with a portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and evolving priorities.
