The Work:
The PeopleSoft System Administrator may develop, run tests on, implement, or maintain operating system and related software. The PeopleSoft System Administrator may establish and implement standards for computer operations for compatibility between hardware and software, according to specifications and parameters, troubleshoots and/or resolves software, operating system, and networking problems. The PeopleSoft System Administrator schedules, performs, or monitors system backups and, when necessary, performs data recoveries. Works closely with PeopleSoft Technical DBA/Technical team. Will assist in performing migrations, administration of PeopleTools and applications, apply/test patches and upgrades.
As a PeopleSoft System Administrator, you will be responsible for developing required systems and operational documentation and support coordination and implementation of security measures to safeguard organizational databases.
Here's What You Need:
- Must be able to apply PeopleTools patches & upgrades using delivered Oracle Support DPK software & PeopleSoft Change Assistant.
- Must be able to apply necessary patches to underlying PeopleSoft technology including Java, WebLogic, Tuxedo on Linux
- Must have experience administering PeopleSoft HCM on Oracle Database on Linux
- Must be familiar with applying PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) packages to the PeopleSoft HCM Application using Change Assistant.
- Must be familiar with configuring and administrating Phire.
- Must be familiar with Elasticsearch and Opensearch on Linux
- Must be able to manage and maintain SSL certificates for production and non-production sites.
- Experience managing and patching Red Hat Linux Enterprise 8.
- Experience with AWS cloud engineering and Docker containerization
- Top Secret clearance requirement
Bonus Points If:
- Oracle DBA experience
- Experience in modules i.e. Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Profile Management, Performance, Onboarding, Oracle BI Publisher
- Oracle Cloud Integration, AWS and Microsoft Azure
- Experience with PeopleSoft HR
- DoD experience

- Currently hold a Top Secret Clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
- California: $95,600 - 178,600
- Colorado: $95,600 - 154,300
- New York: $88,600 - 178,600
- Washington State: $101,900 -164,400
