People Team at Nutanix
The Global People Services (GPS) team is responsible for delivering employee programs and services at Nutanix worldwide. This team plays a crucial role in providing support and assistance to employees across various areas, including benefits. They work collaboratively with other teams within the People Team and relevant stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a positive employee experience. The GPS team operates in a fast-paced environment and thrives on finding creative solutions to challenges. They are dedicated to continuously improving the delivery of benefits services and strive for excellence in their work.
You will report to the HR Operations Optimization Lead. We operate in a hybrid work environment, allowing for flexibility between working from the office and remotely. This approach provides a good balance for work-life integration and allows employees to work in a way that best suits their needs. Communication and collaboration tools are in place to ensure seamless connectivity amongst team members.
Your Role
+ Act as primary contact for employee benefits inquiries
+ Investigate and resolve complex employee concerns related to benefits
+ Process and address employee enrollment issues
+ Proactively enhance employee experience with benefits delivery
+ Support and enable GPS team across current and new benefits programs
+ Participate in testing and administration changes to benefits programs
+ Manage benefits invoice management and anomaly resolution
+ Administer leave of absence processes and support employees on leave
What You Will Bring
+ Experience supporting all aspects of benefits administration
+ Knowledge of retirement and welfare plans, healthcare group insurance, and benefit policies
+ Understanding of benefits and Leave of Absence administration
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills
+ Ownership and proactive execution of tasks
+ Experience in a large public company or leading consulting firm
+ Bachelor's degree in related field
+ Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Workday HCM
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 79,680 and USD $ 105,000 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
