Senior PBM Analyst - Pharmacy Network Strategy and Analytics
100% Remote - Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced statistical techniques to interpret data for a range of projects including internal financial strategies, network optimization, client and pharmacy side negotiations, rebate management, underwriting, margin analysis, and vendor relationship management.
- Serve as the key liaison for daily operations with pharmacy network partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Generate monthly reports on network performance for pharmacy and client contracting, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Streamline the process of pharmacy rebate submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex business challenges and implement client-driven functionalities.
- Demonstrate autonomy and teamwork in completing assignments within specified timelines and with minimal supervision.
- Provide support across various aspects of network and pricing builds as needed.
- Identify and analyze trends and patterns within extensive and intricate datasets, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Knowledge of data warehousing techniques is advantageous.
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks concurrently, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or higher.
- Possess a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in PBM and pharmacy network operations, analytics, or a blend of both.
- Demonstrate expertise (6+ years) in utilizing Microsoft Excel, Access, and other relevant software applications.
- Showcase proficiency in pharmacy contracting and network establishment.
- Exhibit successful experience in remote work environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL (T-SQL), enabling efficient data querying and analysis.
- Previous experience with PowerBI, enhancing data visualization and reporting capabilities.
- Display above-average attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Strong organizational abilities, enabling effective management of tasks and deadlines.

Salary
80,000 - 110,000 /year
