Position Title: Senior Payroll Administrator
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Status: Contract - 6 months, with the opportunity for possible conversion to permanent/full-time employment with the client.
Status: On-site
Shift / Schedule: 8 hours per day - To be determined
Pay Range: US $25 - $28.50/hr W-2

Requirements / Who we are looking for:
Our client seeks a senior administrator who provides payroll support to all Veolia North America customers through the Payroll Shared Services Center, processing transactions and answering payroll questions.
- Five years of directly related experience in Payroll Administration desired with thorough knowledge of departmental functions, procedures, terminology, and interrelationships.
- Shared Services Center experience preferred.
- Human Capital Management (HCM) or other related systems experience. ADP (Global View), Workday, and/or Success Factors experience preferred.
- ADP eTime experience is preferred, but not required.
- General knowledge of varying types of Health and Welfare plans.
- Experience working with union payroll is preferred, but not required.
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:
- Daily call center participation.
- Assisting the Payroll SSC Administrators with problem-solving and implementing best practices.
- Payroll processing for Salary, Hourly, Union, and In/ExPat employees.
- Working with the Payroll Supervisor to ensure controls are in place and monitored.
- Maintaining the integrity of HR/payroll data.
- Stay informed about changes in Federal and State laws as they pertain to Payroll processing.
- Work as a team with the other SSC members, and interact with the Director and Managers on project work.
