Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of payroll processing experience.

Experience using Paycom or similar payroll software.

Knowledge and experience with commissions-based pay.

Advanced computer skills including Excel required.

Excellent verbal and interpersonal communications skills.

The ability to demonstrate professionalism, discretion, sensitivity, and confidentiality.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

The ability to work in a challenging environment and demonstrate critical thinking skills, dependability, adaptability, accuracy, and diligence.

Familiarity with federal and state wage and hour laws and regulations.

Bachelor’s degree required.

CPP designation is a plus but not required.

NetSuite experience a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Sit for extended periods of time, including at a computer.

Repetitive hand and wrist movements for frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse.

Occasional lifting up to 15 lbs.

Work Conditions:

General office environment.
