LOCATION: 100% remote
DURATION: 6 months
RATE RANGE: $75-90/hr
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Partner Alliances Program Manager to lead and manage our clients partner programs and initiatives. This role requires someone with a strategic mindset who can drive the success of our clients partner ecosystem and work cross-functionally to achieve key business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Program Management: Manage partner programs, ensuring successful execution and delivery of the partner roadmap.
- Collaboration: Facilitate direct collaboration with internal teams at all levels, ensuring alignment and seamless execution of partner initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders, guiding the development and execution of joint programs.
- Communication & Negotiation: Utilize exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence internal and external stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of partner programs and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Data-Driven Insights: Apply strong analytical skills to track program performance, evaluate results, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of experience in managing partner programs or alliances.
- Proven track record in building and managing strategic partner relationships and scaling partner programs.
- Strong experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and a solid understanding of the Lead to Cash process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess program performance and derive actionable insights
