Position Overview:

Compensation:
Competitive salary up to $85K, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide essential support to attorneys by drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents.
• Conduct thorough research on case law, statutes, and regulations.
• Oversee case file management, ensuring seamless document production and organization.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Assist in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trial presentations.
• Attend court proceedings and legal meetings as needed.
• Perform administrative and case management tasks to support the firm’s daily operations.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience specializing in personal injury and medical malpractice law.
• Solid knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court filing requirements.
• Strong research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with legal research tools and document management systems.
• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to excellence and ethical standards.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
