Senior Paralegal- Commercial Litigation - Connect Staffing Inc.

A large law firm seeks a senior-level Litigation Paralegal for its Atlanta office. This paralegal will support the commercial litigation group with all phases of litigation, from inception through post-trial. Ideal candidates will have a solid litigation background and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation
• Manage organization and maintenance of case documents
• Facilitate discovery processes and prepare for depositions
• Conduct document reviews and productions
• Perform legal research and assist with law and motion practice
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings
• Ensure compliance with federal and state procedural rules
• Assist with trial preparations and post-trial filings
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and Paralegal Certification preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Bluebook and Trial skills
• Experience with trial preparation and courtroom assistance
• Proficiency in e-filing and litigation support applications
