The Opportunity
Our Global Talent Development team is accelerating development for employees across Adobe. As an Organization Effectiveness Partner, you will be the key consultant for leader and team development for multiple executive teams, providing senior leader development, change management, and team effectiveness expertise tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of leader and team effectiveness engagements and initiatives to meet the needs of leaders and teams. You will work closely with the business, as well as global business partners, talent development, and talent management teams, to drive business impact. Using thought leadership, innovation, and influence, you will develop balanced solutions to complex, long-term opportunities facing the business.
What you'll Do
- Provide leadership development expertise and consultation to the business to help determine best-fit solutions to organizational and leadership issues.
- Design, plan and deliver engaging experiences for senior leaders that enable them and their teams to move their business forward.
- Nurture strong partnerships with Business Partners, Global Talent Development, Talent Management and business leaders by understanding business issues and how they translate into people strategy and concrete measures/tracking of impact.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Sr. BPs and leaders on change management, team effectiveness and leadership development.
- Define, design, and facilitate virtual, live, or blended sessions tailored to the business needs.
- Promote participation in our centralized “enterprise” Talent Development offerings.
- Partner to support the effective and efficient integration of new senior leaders.
- Serve as conduit to coaching and assessment methodologies.
- Keep abreast of talent trends and advance thinking around solutions to further develop talent and organization effectiveness.
- Develop and influence relationships and partnerships (internal and external) across all levels of the organization, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills.
What you need to succeed
- Demonstrable track record of impactful talent management/learning and development solutions from strategy to implementation in a large, global matrix environment; enterprise software organizations preferred.
- Strong command of models, frameworks, tools, and solutions to increase leadership effectiveness, including but not limited to: behavioral change, organizational effectiveness, emotional intelligence, change leadership, high performing team effectiveness, and coaching.
- Expert consulting, design and facilitation skills with strong global business and financial acumen.
- Industry or consulting experience across talent initiatives (change management, organizational & learning development, and HR consulting).
- A minimum of 8-12 years of related experience in Human Resources with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- People management or team leadership experience.
- Experience as a Human Resources Business Partner is a plus.
- Certified in key organizational and individual assessment instruments is a plus.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $112,800 -- $234,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
