Senior Operator - Jex Technologies Corporation

Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Operator to join our team and perform a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our equipment. The Senior Operator will be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance, as well as troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems in a supervisory capacity as needed. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, able to lead/supervise others, and have a current MSHA 5000-23 Certificate.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, checking and replacing filters, and inspecting systems for proper operation

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed

• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

• Supervisory and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a senior operator or in a similar role with current MSHA 5000-23 Certificate
  

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Proficiency with hand and power tools

• Ability to lead/supervise others

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
