* Work may include parametric cost estimating, life cycle cost analysis, cost estimating relationships and model development, cost risk analysis, performance measurement (earned value), project forecasting and risk assessment, cost-benefit analysis, and software cost estimating. Additional support includes, but is not limited to, the areas of acquisition strategy development, scheduling, market research, evaluation criteria development, pre-solicitation documentation review, RFP documentation, Independent Program Review documentation, cost estimates and key decision point's preparation, as well as trade studies and providing subject matter expertise during proposal evaluations. * Launch and Range acquisition and execution experience is highly desirable
* Experience collecting and normalizing cost, technical, and programmatic data from Government and Industry entities. Knowledge of the Defense Cost and Resource Center (DCARC) data collection process and demonstrated experience in use of and analysis of the CSDRs and CPRs. * Ability to analyze data and develop cost estimating methods and tools.
* Proficient in the use of M/S office applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
* A strong working knowledge of Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) suite is highly desirable.
* Excellent verbal communication, written, and quantitative analytical skills are required.
* Must be able to work in a team environment
* Bachelor's degree in math, business/economics, finance, accounting, engineering, or statistics is required
* U.S. Citizenship required
* Successful candidates must possess and/or have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret and/or Top-Secret clearance, Top Secret Clearance preferred. * Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00/Year, DOE Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
