Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Construction Project Manager who is bilingual in Spanish or Korean to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in construction management, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. 100% Travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets in coordination with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Provide leadership and direction to project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project plans.
• Address and resolve any issues, delays, or disputes promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and present progress reports, budget updates, and project forecasts to stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Lead team meetings and coordinate efforts between architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Implement and monitor project risk management plans to mitigate potential issues.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred, however not required. 
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in construction project management with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish or Korean is required for effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: 
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD).
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and resource management skills.
• Soft Skills: 
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• LEED accreditation or experience with sustainable building practices.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
