About the Job
We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager for our client in Cleveland! You will be responsible for overseeing and directing the daily management of key accounts within the organization, ensuring high-quality deliverables, efficient operations, and profitability.
Salary:
- $80,000-$90,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor team performance against corporate and client KPIs to ensure objectives are met.
- Analyze performance trends and develop strategies to enhance underperforming staff. Lead and support a team of managers, providing regular coaching, training, and guidance.
- Oversee daily activities and individual/team performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Evaluate and optimize processes to meet client and team requirements, emphasizing standardization and best practices.
- Identify and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, focusing on increasing offshore staff utilization and automation.
- Present monthly KPI results to executive leadership, highlighting outliers and action plans, and track progress.
- Develop staffing plans based on volume forecasts, financial metrics, and resource allocation, and present plans quarterly.
- Ensure accounts meet revenue targets and maintain an optimal expense ratio by monitoring full-time equivalents (FTEs).
- Attend client and internal meetings to address billing-related questions and resolve issues, providing actionable plans and updates.
- Direct management staff in setting work task priorities.
- Investigate aged accounts receivables to ensure timely payment resolution.
- Monitor electronic claims and payment transactions for accuracy and efficiency.
- Execute other duties as assigned to support organizational and client success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–10 years of experience managing onshore/offshore staff in a business environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong background in attracting, developing, and retaining high-performance talent.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and clearly communicate objectives to staff.
- High integrity, a positive attitude, and a results-driven mindset.
- Adept at managing multiple tasks and adjusting to shifting priorities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and professional discretion.
