As On-Site Service Specialist- you will be.
JOB TITLE: On-Site Service Specialist
Daily duties will include sorting mail, shelving packages, checking out student package at the front counter.
On your feet for the majority of the 8-hour shift, must be able to lift to 50lbs. Great customer service skills are important.
Free parking within walking distance of the facility.
Responsibilities:
Provides operations functions in one or all the following areas.
Sort mail and slot into student and faculty mailboxes.
Shelve processed student packages into designated areas of the facility.
Retrieve student packages from various areas and check them out at the front counter.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)
Typically Required: - Requires high school diploma, GED and 1 –2 years of experience or equivalent experience in a related field.
Seeking mail associates. Student, faculty and staff mail and package processing and delivery.
Standing and walking around for much of the day. Lifting packages up to 50lbs. ? Lift up to 50 lbs. Help from another team member when item is over 50lbs.
Strong customer service skills will transition well into this position. Mail function is trainable to the right person.
Dress code is Black polo shirt, khakis style pants. Comfortable shoe or sneaker.

Duration: 2 Months
Pay: $17/hr. W2
Shift Timming: 8.30 AM to 5.00 PM
