Senior Network Systems Engineer

Location: Rockville, MD

Position Overview:

• The senior network systems engineer must have a solid understanding of various hardware platforms, software solutions and virtualized environments.
• As the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality computing environments is very diverse, a broad technical background is critical.
• In-depth expertise of Windows Operating Systems, Linux (Redhat and Ubuntu), and VMWare and Nutanix products is required.

Position Requirements:

• The senior network systems engineer must have an undergraduate degree
• Must hold either a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
• This position requires a minimum of 10 years of technical experience.
