**This role is primarily onsite at Domino’s Farms Office Park, with travel to remote locations as needed.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Under the direct supervision of the Director, Technology Operations, this position serves as a senior level resource and provides advanced analytical and technical expertise for all existing and proposed computer technologies for IHA. Utilizes expert technical skills, sets standards and best practices for multiple hardware and software platforms, types and configurations. Serves as an expert information resource on product evaluation, selection, deployment and utilization. Oversees, leads and participates in planning, design, development, setting direction, implementation and high-end support for Intel-based server and workstation hardware and software. Serves as a project leader and provides technical guidance, problem resolution and direction to staff. Provides leadership and acts as an advisor to management and peers for the systems at IHA.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Manages servers, workstations and terminals, ensuring proper operation and integration of these components with existing computer systems.Manages network systems, including routers, firewalls, SD-WAN, LAN and WAN connectivity, VPN, Email, endpoint protection, file/network security, and cloud services.Manages network infrastructure, including wired and wireless Ethernet access, remote site connectivity, and Internet service.Manages telephony infrastructure, including ShoreTel/Mitel phones, switches and servers at all locations, as well as routine maintenance and updates. Manages data storage and databases to include security, data integrity and disaster recovery.Installs and debugs new and/or upgraded software on server and client platforms, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines, software licensing, and system standards.Researches, evaluates, installs, configures and troubleshoots all hardware, peripherals and equipment necessary to meet integrated systems objectives.Defines and takes proactive steps necessary to avoid problems to minimize or eliminate system downtime, such as applying necessary patches, service packs, program upgrades, or configuration changes.Administers, monitors and maintains the performance and reliability of security infrastructure including, but not limited to, establishing and enforcing firewall policies, endpoint protection, installing and configuring servers and network equipment.Troubleshoots networks, systems and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational problems.Provides technical support to IHA providers and colleagues, as needed.Develops and implements various training and instructions for users on the use of systems, networking, applications and databases, as necessary to meet integrated systems objectives.Maintains a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment and/or systems.Maintains current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems.Provides recommendations to information technology management for upgrades, improvements, monitoring, and maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability.Develops and maintains technical documentation, standards, procedures and network diagrams for production and disaster recovery environments.Collaborates with department and organizational stakeholders to develop and maintain the planning and testing of disaster recovery, business continuity and incident response.Is available for on-call support during off-hours, accounting to the on-call schedule.Responds to off-hours support and emergency calls within defined SLAs.Serves as an advisor and mentors others on the team, supporting colleague growth and development.Completes special projects and other duties, as needed.ORGANIZATIONAL EXPECTATIONS:

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or ten years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE: Technical Certifications through Cisco, Microsoft or CompTIA are a plus.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 6 years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified for working at a senior level supporting system administration. Healthcare experience preferred.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS (ABILITIES & SKILLS):

This job operates in both an office environment and in a medical facility and occasionally requires regular walking to various locations around the hospital/clinic. This position requires flexibility with days and hours, along with ability to be on-call and travel as needed (including nights and weekends as appropriate).
