Position: Senior Network Solutions Architect

Skills and experience for the role

• 10+ years of experience as a network engineer
• CCIE certification with lab
• 7-8 years of experience designing and analyzing local area and wide area networks
• 8-9 years of experience with network protocols, emerging network architectures, and leading vendor implementations of network services and network security
• Experience overseeing and guiding large infrastructure projects
• Strong interest in working with students, postdocs, and faculty on experimental networking projects
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with individuals having varied levels of technical proficiency
• Experience with VxLAN overlay, Multicast/Anycast and BGP routing
• Ability to work with multiple operating systems and platforms such as Cisco, Aruba, and Juniper
• Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls
