This is a full-time permanent position that will pay up to $150K in total compensation.

We are currently seeking candidates for a Senior Network Engineer position located South of Boston, MA 02032. The opportunity is with a Global Leader in Manufacturing. All candidates considered must have 5 plus years of experience in an IT networking infrastructure role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage follow-up on open audit issues and facilitate agreement with business process owners to ensure timely closure of action plans.
- This position is responsible for designing, implementing, documenting, monitoring, and managing the local and wide area networks to maximize availability and ensure security.
- The Senior Network Engineer will provide onsite and remote support of all Hollingsworth and Vose’s systems globally.
- Lead projects through designing and implementing new network solutions and improving the efficiency, availability, and security of current networks.
- Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, WAN accelerators, wireless access points, to maximize performance, availability, and security.
- Assess, develop, implement, and maintain standard IT policies, procedures, protocols, and associated necessary personnel training for efficient and secure use of the IT network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5-10+ years experience
- CCNA/CCNP and/or Azure Network Engineer Associate certifications a plus
- Switching (VLAN’s), Routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, QoS)
- WAN (SDWAN, MPLS and VPN
- Cloud Networking
- Manufacturing experience is preferred
