The Opportunity:As a member of the IT Office Technology team, you’ll help Datadog build and maintain best-in-class offices and all the technology that keeps them running and providing a high quality employee experience. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.What You'll Do:Maintain and improve the WiFi and networking infrastructure in our offices Build and maintain our monitoring infrastructure as it pertains to our office networksWork closely with our vendors on procurement and design for builds and upgradesAssist with the technology buildout of new office spaceEnsure the networks in our offices are running optimallyEvaluate, recommend and implement new technologiesCollaborate on various initiatives with Office Operations and other employee-focused teamsServe as a point of escalation for the IT Support teamCreate and maintain team and user facing policies and proceduresWho You Are: Passionate about delivering high quality, low-complexity collaboration experiences at scale Experienced managing Meraki office networks, including Meraki API, Marketplace apps, and Integrations.Experienced in WiFi design and troubleshootingYou are extremely technicalExcellent verbal and written communications skillsYou are fascinated by the way things work and love to learnYou want to work in a fast, high growth startup environmentDatadog values people from all walks of life.
