Job Overview

We're seeking a Senior .NET Engineer with substantial financial services industry experience. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of capital markets, trading systems, and financial instruments. Key Responsibilities

• Software Development

  Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable .NET applications for our platform and internal tools.

  
  

• System Integration

  Integrate .NET applications with other technologies and third-party services.

  
  

• Performance Optimization

  Optimize code for maximum speed and scalability.

  
  

• Code Quality

  Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following best practices and coding standards.

  
  

• Collaboration

  Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

  
  

• Technical Leadership

  Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.

  
  

• Troubleshooting

  Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.

  
  

Qualifications

• Education

  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.

  
  

• Experience

  10+ years of proven professional experience in .NET development. Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and related technologies.

  
  

Financial Industry Expertise

• Strongly Preferred

  Candidates with financial or banking domain knowledge, including experience with trading systems and financial protocols.

  
  

• Financial Protocols

  Knowledge of financial protocols such as FPML, TraFiX, and Markitwire is strongly preferred.

  
  

Technical Expertise

• Azure DevOps

  Proven experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, source control, and release management.

  
  

• Large Data & AI Tools

  Required experience working with large datasets and integrating AI tools like Anthropic and OpenAI.

  
  

• Software Development

  Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture.

  
  

• Database Skills

  Proficiency in SQL Server and familiarity with ORM frameworks like Entity Framework.

  
  

• ERP Integrations

  Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central / Dynamics and OData Protocols is a plus.

  
  

• Communication Skills

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
