Salary: $114,360 - $171,250 PA
Overview:
The Senior National Account Sales Manager will provide clear direction, support, and daily management to the NA Account Executives, ensuring the achievement of set goals. Collaboration with Senior Management to develop channel strategies, expand Company's National Account business, and drive revenue growth within the sales channel is crucial. Additional responsibilities include growing Company's shelf space and market share with dealer partners, effective marketing collaboration with partners, comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and competitors, and strong leadership of the National Account Sales Team.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales revenue and quota targets.
- Maximize synergies within the organization by collaborating across teams/departments.
- Lead, manage, motivate, and support team members to achieve their monthly quotas.
- Develop and implement programs to drive sales and increase Company's market share.
- Devise strategies to enhance sales with key decision-makers in assigned accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, with 9 years of related experience and management of 2 or more regular full-time employees.
- Sales experience in national big box retailers is mandatory.
- In-depth process knowledge for effective National Accounts management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with external partners and internal executive management.
- Self-motivated with strong leadership skills to motivate and lead a sales team.
- Ability to manage through change and resistance.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented and creative thinker
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in managing, motivating, and training a sales team.
- Proficient in computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Work Schedule:
- This is a full-time virtual position, with the office open M-F five days a week.
- Reporting to the office is not mandatory unless specific business needs arise.
- Work schedules and office reporting requirements may vary based on business needs.
- Remote work from a home office near a major metropolitan city/airport, with up to 50% nationwide travel required.
- Clean valid state driver's license necessary for the position, and compliance with company safety guidelines and policies is essential.
- The company will not pursue or support visa sponsorship for this position.
