Your Role & Responsibilities
- Prioritize safety by ensuring functional safety features in equipment.
- Enhance machine uptime by minimizing operational downtimes.
- Expertly manage mold setting, start-up, and troubleshooting processes.
- Document process specifics, aligning with Master Setup Sheets.
- Ensure compliance with process specifications and settings.
- Rectify defects in molded parts proactively.
- Address all part and process issues raised by Quality and Operators.
- Constantly improve manufacturing processes for better efficiency.
- Use corrective measures to reduce scrap by tackling mold conditions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
- Spot maintenance issues and assist in solutions.
- Engage in mold change tasks to boost throughput.

Candidate Background
- Preferred 3-5 years of hands-on experience in injection molding troubleshooting.
- Adept in mold setup and process adjustments.
- Solid experience with thermoplastic injection molding required.
- Possesses at least a High School Diploma or GED.
- Shows commitment to ongoing education and tech advancements.
- Knowledge of plant machinery and relevant technical systems is preferred.
Physical Requirements
The role resides in a manufacturing scene, demanding physical tasks like reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other such activities.
