Your Role & Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety by ensuring functional safety features in equipment.
• Enhance machine uptime by minimizing operational downtimes.
• Expertly manage mold setting, start-up, and troubleshooting processes.
• Document process specifics, aligning with Master Setup Sheets.
• Ensure compliance with process specifications and settings.
• Rectify defects in molded parts proactively.
• Address all part and process issues raised by Quality and Operators.
• Constantly improve manufacturing processes for better efficiency.
• Use corrective measures to reduce scrap by tackling mold conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
• Spot maintenance issues and assist in solutions.
• Engage in mold change tasks to boost throughput.

Candidate Background

• Preferred 3-5 years of hands-on experience in injection molding troubleshooting.
• Adept in mold setup and process adjustments.
• Solid experience with thermoplastic injection molding required.
• Possesses at least a High School Diploma or GED.
• Shows commitment to ongoing education and tech advancements.
• Knowledge of plant machinery and relevant technical systems is preferred.
