Are you a seasoned engineer with a passion for pioneering technology and a desire to shape the future of aviation? We are seeking a Mission Systems Engineer to join our innovative team and contribute to the advancement of our cutting-edge defense technology. This role will be integral in the design and enhancement of aircraft mission systems, with a specific focus on avionics and the V-BAT platform.
Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and integrate complex aircraft mission systems, with a focus on avionics and V-BAT technology.
2. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure the effective and efficient execution of project goals.
3. Conduct rigorous testing and validation of all mission system designs to ensure their performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
4. Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, implementing innovative solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product design processes, incorporating the latest technologies and methodologies to drive efficiency and excellence.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 6 years of experience in an engineering role, with a focus on avionics and aircraft mission systems.
3. Demonstrated experience with V-BAT technology and defense systems.
4. Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team, exhibiting excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in design software and a thorough understanding of engineering principles and methodologies.
