Desired Skills & Experience
· Mandatory: Microstrategy, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Client-facing, Agile/Scrum methodology
· Preferred: Cable Industry knowledge
Job Requirements:
· Bachelors or equivalent degree in a business, technical or related field is required
· 10+ years of overall experience. 7+ years of MicroStrategy experience.
· Business Intelligence development experience and programming experience using Microstrategy, experience on MicroStrategy Portals & Advanced Dashboard and visualization. Must have valid MicroStrategy Certifications (CPD and CRD minimum)
· Experience in Agile Implementation methodology.
· Application knowledge in Cable, Telecom.
· Strong communication skills, both written and oral; Ability to build and deliver presentations to all levels of the business and effectively explain complex issues and concepts in simple, understandable language
· Ability to mentor and lead a team of consultants from onsite and offshore.
· Ability to work under minimal supervision
· Excellent client facing skills with Effective oral, presentation, and written communication skills
· Valid US visa and work authorization
Job Duties (include but are not limited to):
· Provide billable consulting support to achieve account objectives and production success. Services may include: product installation and implementation, enhancement, integration, or audit to meet customer business requirements
· Perform information systems needs assessment, information gathering and recommend appropriate business systems and IT infrastructure for Microstrategy customers
· Perform data modeling, application development, technical product assistance and tuning to meet customer performance and functional requirements
· Specify business systems (inputs, outputs, data, human and automated interfaces) to meet information processing objectives for Microstrategy's software platform.
· Ability to handle End to End Microstrategy platform(set up, administer, develop and support)
· Contribute to knowledge capital via project documentation and best practice solutions
· Lead and Mentor off shore team
· Participate in sales activities, when appropriate

Job Description: SENIOR MICROSTATEGY DEVELOPER/CONSULTANT
- As a Senior Microstrategy Developer/Consultant you will work directly with the client to facilitate the use of their Business Intelligence products. They should be ready to tackle the most demanding assignments, from departmental data mining engagements to enterprise-wide e-business solutions implemented by cross-functional teams.
