Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP engineering and project management, capable of overseeing complex projects from conception to completion while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage MEP projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Oversee the design and implementation of MEP systems, ensuring they meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in MEP project management.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, design principles, and industry standards.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects successfully.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- Familiarity with plumbing systems and MEP design is a plus.
