Job Details
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in MEP and electrical design engineering
- Strong knowledge of Revit and other relevant software
- Experience in multifamily and commercial office projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the electrical design engineering team to deliver MEP projects within budget and on time
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with other departments to ensure project coordination and integration
- Create and review electrical designs, specifications, and drawings using Revit
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team on complex projects
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
