JOB SUMMARY: CRC seeks a qualified Senior Mentor (Operations) for positions in Fort Eisenhower, GA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide on-site mentoring support, develop working aids and course curriculum, maintain personnel records for technical compliance, and ensure training references maintain relevancy.
- Provide guidance to mission organizations regarding job qualification standards.
- Support real-world SIGINT mission operations and instruct platform-training courses in the area of SIGINT airborne ISR operations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- A current & active Top Secret/SCI clearance and Polygragh required

Experience with Passive and/or Active Geolocation mentorship and collecting/reporting mentorship.

Must be able to support 365/24/7 operations.
