About the Job
- Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and implement both front-end and back-end components of Mendix applications
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications
- Architecture and Design: Create robust, scalable, and maintainable application architectures and designs
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and performance of applications through comprehensive testing, debugging, and code reviews
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of application design, development processes, and user manuals
- Integration: Customize and extend Mendix functionality using widgets, microflows, JavaScript actions and third-party services using APIs
- DevOps: Participate in the continuous deployment through Mendix cloud to streamline application delivery
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Mendix features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes
- Project Management: Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with the Mendix platform
- Proficiency in Mendix development through Studio Pro and deployment processes
- Strong experience in OOPS, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Model-Driven Development, and database systems (Postgress SQL, NoSQL)
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
