Senior Mechanical Engineer - Kinetix

We’re searching for a Mechanical Engineer with MEP design experience. In this position you will be responsible for managing and overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and construction projects.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

· Conduct design and analysis

· Oversee, and contributing to drawing and specification production for mechanical designs

· Identify opportunities for R&D

· Management of large-scale mechanical engineering projects in commercial buildings: budgeting, submittals, and coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success

Skills & Requirements

· Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering

· Professional Engineering (PE) licensure in Georgia or (EIT) Preferred

· Mechanical Electrical expertise, plumbing preferred

· Design of innovative solutions to complex mechanical engineering issues

· Experience with AutoCAD, REVIT and other mechanical design software

· Experience with project management to execute large-scale engineering projects, including budgeting, resources management, multi-discipline coordination and quality control

· Experience with construction administration, coordination with clients and contractors, and field inspections

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

· Ability to travel for site visits
