We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our success, as you will be responsible for leading and executing complex robotic automation projects. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and testing various mechanical components, equipment, and machinery, using cutting-edge technologies and tools like SolidWorks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our innovation, driving the development of high-quality robotic solutions that will revolutionize the automation industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and execute complex robotic automation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Design and develop various mechanical components, equipment, and machinery using SolidWorks.
3. Conduct detailed analyses of mechanical systems, including machine tool load, to identify and resolve potential issues.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, electrical engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components into overall system designs.
5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
6. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the robotics and automation industry, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence within our organization.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree would be a plus.
2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the robotics or automation industry.
3. At least 5 years of experience in a senior engineering role, leading and executing complex projects.
4. Extensive experience with SolidWorks or equivalent CAD tools.
5. Proven expertise in machine tool load and other mechanical system analyses.
6. Strong knowledge of robotic automation systems and technologies.
7. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
8. Outstanding problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
10. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in the robotics and automation industry.
11. A proactive and innovative approach, with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovation within our organization.
