Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Mechanical Engineer position include:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of mechanical engineering design experience, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Florida or eligibility to obtain licensure via NCEES record.
• Proficiency in Revit and HVAC load calculation software (e.g., Trane, Carrier HAP E-20, Elite), as well as MS Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Adobe PDF.
• Supervisory experience leading teams of engineers and designers in mechanical systems design.
• Expertise in preparing and managing construction documents and specifications for mechanical systems.
• Experience with Florida codes and standards for building systems.

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
