Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Mechanical Engineer (P.E.) position include:

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Architectural Engineering, or equivalent.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure required
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in mechanical design for building infrastructure.
Proficiency in using Trane/Trace, Carrier/HAP, Microsoft Office products, CADD, BIM/Revit, and other industry software.
Experience in project management and client relationship management is a plus.
Ability to pass a background check and obtain clearance for client and government contracts.
Preferred qualifications include LEED AP or equivalent and commissioning certification or experience.
Responsibilities include preparing mechanical design solutions, conducting field surveys, energy audits, life cycle cost analyses, and cost estimating.

Salary: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus overtime.
