Senior Mechanical Engineer - Process Control Skid Design

As our new Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing and developing process control skids for various industrial applications. This challenging position offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology and contribute to innovative solutions that drive our company's success.

Salary: $90,000 - 120,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret customer specifications to size and select pipe and process control components
• Generate comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOMs), manufacturing instructions, test procedures, and customer manuals
• Utilize SolidWorks for design work, maintaining appropriate revision control and parts management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in interpreting customer specifications for process control components
• Proficiency in SolidWorks with a strong understanding of revision control and parts management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with pumps, motors, valves, instrumentation, heaters, blowers, heat exchangers, and filters
• Capability to perform relevant calculations and select chemically compatible materials
• Familiarity with manufacturing settings, ISO 9001, gas turbine plants, and ASME B31.1/31.3 standards

Work Schedule:
This on-site position operates Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM, to support production activities.
