Position OverviewThe Senior HVAC Engineer will lead and oversee all HVAC projects and operations within the organization. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient and innovative HVAC system implementation, maintenance, and management, driving engineering initiatives that enhance performance and sustainability.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of HVAC systems and projects.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Develop and implement engineering initiatives to improve HVAC performance and sustainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on HVAC projects and operations.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineering teams and staff.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of HVAC systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in HVAC engineering and management.
- Proven experience in leading HVAC projects from conception to implementation.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design and operational standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
