About the Job
Day to Day:
- Primarily product development, with a huge emphasis on designing HVAC/air conditioning. There is a lot of product development and technical support.
- Providing guidance and leadership to help build a strong team culture and ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout development.
Must Haves:
- Experience with CAD software
- HVAC Design experience [NON NEOGIATABLE]
- Electrical mechanical design and understanding of wiring diagram
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and design elements into the air conditioning products, ensuring seamless coordination between design, engineering, and production departments.
Plusses:
- Experience with heat and heat design
- Project management experience
- Someone strong-minded
