Accountabilities
- Develop and produce marketing materials including brochures, case studies, white papers and other customer retention and growth focused content
- Execute and measure the delivery of customer email campaigns
- Maintain and measure customer storytelling channels
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements
- Execute customer events, industry conferences and create frictionless and delightful customer experiences
Role and Responsibilities:
- Create and publish comprehensive yearly editorial calendar across customer-facing channels including but not limited to social media, web, email, blogs and podcasts
- Maintain and manage customer communications email campaigns that is driven by the needs of the customer segment and drives engagement and customer retention
- Curate content from subject matter experts to create customer-focused communications
- Coordinate logistics for customer events, industry conferences, webinars, and other communications platforms for seamless coordination and impactful outcomes.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, including but not limited to events, campaigns & NPS, using KPIs and data-driven insights.
- Provide regular reports to stakeholders on campaign effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in B2B marketing
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, advertising, or marketing
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare communications and/or marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to draft compelling content
- Strong attention to detail and meticulous approach to content delivery
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding creative solutions
- Collaborative approach, simplifying complex processes
- Strong project management skills and comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
- Value-based care, ACO or Insurance marketing or communications experience
- Proficient in content management systems and analytics tools for CRM
- Event software and automation experience
