Job Description
Marketing Strategy and Event Management
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create marketing materials and lead activation efforts for all North America events, focusing on achieving volume, revenue, and brand preference goals.
- Strengthen LONGi Solar's brand and product messaging through active participation in solar conferences, exhibitions, and events.
- Assist with annual marketing budget development for events, oversee spending allocation, and adjust quarterly to meet evolving market demands.
- Coordinate all aspects of event management, including pre-event proposal, bidding processes, event execution, and post-event reporting and presentations to the leadership team.
- Identify and assess local marketing events that align with sales and the company's business plan.
- Execute all scales of exhibitions and marketing events in the US.
- Prepare event-related assets, including designs, invitations, graphics, and documentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Edit and enhance photos and videos for use in marketing materials.
- Prepare reviews, reports, and presentations for the Management team.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related marketing and design field.
- Minimum of 1 year of marketing-related work experience, with a preference for candidates with knowledge of the solar industry. Proven experience as a graphic designer or a similar role is a plus.
- Knowledge of video editing programs such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or iMovie.
- Profound understanding of the dynamics and trends in the USA's PV market.
- Solid knowledge of silicon, solar, storage, and energy industries.
- Willingness to travel and represent the company at international industry events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with Mandarin Chinese language proficiency as a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple project priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in marketing management and collaboration with diverse, culturally varied teams across multiple locations.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment, effectively managing conflicts and navigating ambiguities.
- Highly organized and proficient with Microsoft Office 365, along with strong project management skills.
- Open to up to 30% of domestic travel
