Sr Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with a strong background in marketing execution, particularly focused on regional execution planning within LATAM. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing teams and overseeing campaigns. Project management experience is a plus.

• Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives, staying within budget, timelines, and brand guidelines.
  • Lead all regional marketing initiatives, including ATL and BTL activities: retail, trade promotions, field force management, media buying (online/offline), and out-of-home campaigns.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, Key Account Managers (KAMs), marketing, and operations teams to align strategies.
  • Coordinate seasonal and spot promotions for Open Market Retailers and Carrier customers.

• Team & Budget Management

  • Act as the first approver for marketing budgets and project proposals.
  • Lead budget planning, strategy, and execution for all marketing projects.
  • Supervise and guide the team in developing and executing marketing campaigns.

• Project Oversight & Agency Management

  • Oversee marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Manage external agency relationships, from briefing to deliverables.

• Materials & Compliance

  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with corporate branding and guidelines.

• Go-to-Market & Reporting

  • Support flagship product launches through Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Develop marketing presentations and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing strategy and campaign execution.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Expertise in regional marketing, especially within the LATAM region.
• Project management experience (preferred).
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
