Humana’s Marketing organization is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, Measurement Strategy & Marketing Performance to join the team. The Measurement Strategy & Marketing Performance role reports directly to the Director, Technology, Measurement, & Optimization, responsible for executing the measurement strategy for the organization and individual campaigns in alignment with organizational leadership and Humana standards. This role works closely with Marketing & Product Analytics teams to provide data-driven guidance for marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide guidance on performance measurement, KPIs, test and learn plans, including A/B testing, to optimize campaign performance as well as the ability to gain deep insights into customer behaviors, market trends, and campaign performance.
Key Role Functions
+ Works with Campaign Manager and Campaign Strategy roles to define the measurement approach for each campaign
+ Works under the direction of the Technology, Measurement, & Optimization Lead to define the measurement strategy for the organization
+ Works with the Marketing & Product Analytics team, who provides detailed data and analysis, to determine how data analytics apply across campaigns and how the latest analytics to inform marketing efforts
+ Executes the testing efforts for the organization across customer segments and products to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns and strategies
+ Conducts performance measurement of campaigns to determine how effectively they meet predefined goals and contribute to overall business objectives
+ Structures, processes, and interprets key metrics and performance levers for the omnichannel process, including campaign analytics, effectiveness of cross-channel content, and closed loop measurement and regularly makes recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, analytics or other related
+ 5+ years of experience conducting marketing performance measurements
+ 2+ years of project leadership experience
+ Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
+ Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create digestible data visualizations that drive strategic direction for executive level leadership
+ Ability to engage, educate, influence, and guide others at all levels on the power of data insights
+ Strong mathematical skills to analyze complex data sets of marketing performance and derive actionable insights
+ Highly proficient in excel & powerpoint, and possess excellent communication skills
+ Progressive levels of responsibility within a fast-paced marketing environment
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
+ Master’s degree in marketing, Communications or Business
+ Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
+ Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, etc.)
+ Prior health insurance industry experience
+ Understanding of marketing metrics and program measurement

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$89,000 - $121,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.

Humana’s Marketing organization is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, Measurement Strategy & Marketing Performance to join the team.
