We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager to join our growing team in one of our Connecticut offices. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with select practice group leaders and the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing, business development, and external communications strategies.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic marketing and business development within a professional services environment
• Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to draft and refine content into compelling messages
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage projects from conception to completion
• High energy level and flexibility to meet the demands of the role
• Legal industry experience is preferred, but not required for an extraordinary candidate
