Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales, Account Managers, Directors, and Vice President of Marketing to develop omnichannel marketing strategies for various client campaigns.
Lead enterprise accounts and directly liaise with counterparts within the organization.
Take ownership of account profitability and financial management.
Oversee a team of 1-3 direct reports, ensuring project success and alignment with client objectives.
Coordinate client meetings and facilitate collaboration across internal teams and external vendors to produce integrated marketing content.
Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Contribute to budget planning and monitor adherence to financial targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, company products, and client needs to inform effective marketing strategies.
Communicate effectively across various mediums, including emails, proposals, and client briefs.
Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients on campaign progress and results.
Foster strong relationships with external vendors, overseeing their work to ensure quality and consistency.
Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of experience in agency settings, with a focus on marketing and advertising.
Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in guiding messaging strategies across multiple communication channels.
Proficiency in various marketing tactics, including digital, advertising, and creative development.
Understanding of fundraising and communications principles for nonprofits is desirable.
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong financial management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in presentation software such as Google Slides, Canva, or PowerPoint.
Excellent collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
