Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer - Polymer Extrusion - Feufo Inc

We are looking for a

Process Engineer

with expertise in

polymer extrusion

to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves optimizing production processes, troubleshooting machinery, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have:

•

3-5 years of experience

in a manufacturing environment, with expertise in

plastics, polymers, or packaging industries

(excluding medical devices).

• A strong understanding of

polymer extrusion

and working closely with production equipment.

• Proven ability to thrive in a

fast-paced, collaborative environment

and actively contribute to

day-to-day production activities

.

QualificationsMust Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, specifically in the plastics, polymer, or packaging industries.

• A proven track record of on-the-floor, hands-on work with production machines, troubleshooting, and optimizing their performance.

• Strong interest in and commitment to a role that requires active involvement in day to-day production activities.

Nice to Have:

• 8+ years of experience in technical roles providing engineering support to manufacturing sites, preferably in the plastics, polymer, or packaging industries. (Higher Pay for more experience)

• Experience with advanced process safety methodologies, statistical analysis, and

continuous improvement strategies.

• Prior experience in mentoring junior technical staff or leading cross-functional technical teams.

Candidates with

8+ years of experience

and

technical leadership skills
