Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis on mechanical and electrical failures to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Design and implement solutions for complex manufacturing challenges.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technologies.
• Document processes and maintain accurate records of troubleshooting activities and resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in equipment troubleshooting, with a strong emphasis on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with FDA Regulations and Medical Device Manufacturing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
