Job Description
Are you an experienced professional passionate about managing travel? If you prioritize duty of care, are successfully navigating the challenges of NDC (New Distribution Capability), are skilled in analyzing data, and have experience managing programs as a Federal Contractor, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
The ideal candidate:
• Coordinates risk management and emergency responses, collaborating with Risk Management team on various travel-related incidents.
• Develops and manages travel programs, ensures compliance with company policies, and leverages reporting tools for strategic insights.
• Negotiates and manage contracts with travel service providers, ensuring favorable terms and high-quality service.
• Benchmarks industry standards, identifies new trends and ensures efficient process improvement.
• Manages logistics for meetings & events, including contract negotiations.
• Manages the daily card program operations.
• Manages the day-to-day activity of staff. Provides feedback on performance appraisals. Manages the development and training of staff.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree.
• 12 years of related experience with at least 2 of those years in a supervisory or project management capacity.
Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
