About the Job
We are looking for a highly organized systems thinker to own, lead and refine our global hiring operations. With direct ownership of our core tools and channels you will be responsible for enabling and improving all our hiring activities worldwide. In this role you will work cross-functionally across the enterprise, using technology to help Regeneron maintain its competitive advantage amongst the specialised talent communities we hire from.
A typical day as a Sr. Manager might look like:
- Act as the Business Systems Owner for our core recruiting technologies (Beamery, LinkedIn, Workday)
- Work in partnership with HR Technology across our recruiting tech stack, acting as a thought partner to TA leadership, and as a coach and mentor to the broader TA team
- Partner with HR Operations to ensure a streamlined experience for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
- Own and lead the execution of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual tasks
- Ensure adherence to and compliance with all internal and external regulatory frameworks
- Project-Manage new releases, new launches and continuous improvement initiatives
- build and maintain positive relationships with our vendors
- Work closely with talent brand, ensuring a joined-up approach across all candidate touchpoints from aware to interested to apply
- Adopt a data-driven approach to metrics and storytelling across the talent organization
This role might be for you if:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 8 years work experience in talent acquisition, with operational and technical experience gained in complex, highly-regulated environments preferred
- Global experience in cross-border, multi-lingual environments highly preferred
- Deep expertise in talent CRM tools, with experience in the Beamery platform preferred
- Deep expertise in ATS systems, ideally within the Workday Recruiting ecosystem
- Clear leadership skills with the ability to encourage and empower a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills developed from using data to inform decision-making.

Salary Range (annually)
$129,800.00 - $211,800.00
