As the Senior Manager, Talent Management Business Partner you will be responsible for being a strategic growth partner to the business and HR teams by consulting to drive results through talent management levers. This includes assessing and identifying talent or organizational gaps then developing and implementing strategies address priority opportunities, for instance, strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, grow leader and employee potential, and improve organizational health, helping GXO reach its full potential as a best-in-class global employer.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Partner with and act as a strategic consultant to business leaders on talent and organizational needs, including talent assessment, development, retention, engagement, team development, and organizational design and effectiveness.
- Partner with HR and Talent & Learning team to identify and execute strategies to address priority business division and global talent and learning needs to support employee growth and development.
- Deliver the suite of GXO University colleges into the business ensuring excellent implementation
- Market, promote and espouse GXO University with the business stakeholders
- Implement talent processes, including performance management and talent reviews, succession planning, development planning and fulfillment, periodic business reviews
- Support the development and implementation of competency, skills and experience maps for organizational roles in the both the operations and functions
- Track and drive completion of employee development plans against succession plans
- Connect talent program participants and graduates with talent acquisition needs
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent mangement and business partnership
- Strong consulting and communication skills
- Proven track record of success in talent management and employee development
- Experience using data analysis to inform HR decision-making
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with business leaders and employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to travel to site locations up to 25%
- Master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology, HR, Business
- Experience working in an operational environment
- HR-related certifications are a plus
- Multilingual in Spanish, beneficial but not required
